🚨 End of a season
One truism in agri-space is that season influences everything. After an intensive season of 1 year and 5 months, my tenure and time with FarMart comes to an end on 15th July, 2023.
🎖️ Similar to the soil, after harvest of crop, needing some nourishment. Operator me seeks to take a break from agri-space.
❗️I will continue to participate in the agri-space through my voluntary efforts with [Agripreneurs](https://www.linkedin.com/company/agripreneurs/) but active day to day involvement is coming to an end.
🌀 As an operator, my work was to help folks like [Anvesh Dyava](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAABS19f4BElM1258hV_chvweCCP8SiWa_dX4), [Sachin Kalonia](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAABxxUU8Bf-iQ72RAtmXiyJz6ldu_MzXD1v0), [Dinesh Yadav](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAACGHU1wBm52K79XI59ASYchErDYa4xmIWPo) and [Vishal J](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAADHDY-wBLsAdC2HSZjC_7fDVnQE_XWTdKOI) build logistics division, product processes and new-initiatives respectively in order for them to succeed. All of this under the guidance of our boss man, [Alekh Sanghera](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAABBtPHoBUxWk7cSBDcYgCVvI2xxcTEte3iM).
🙏🏽 Every one I interacted, collaborated and partnered with taught me something new. The scale and pace of things are at a different trajectory for growth startups.
📈 I got the ring side view of seeing us grow from 70+ to 300+ people. Rebranding with a grander vision and purpose. Renewed resolve for solving deeper problems in food ecosystem. I feel grateful for the opportunity to partake in the journey.
✨ You could truly say, its one for the ages. I thank my colleagues and our leadership with entrusting me with pesky problems. I had a ball attempting to solve them.
🖖 Bye!
P.S: Follow the tagged folks to get the latest updates on the problem and insight in the works from now on.
