🚨 In primary farming ecosystem, gender disparity is high. Inspite of feminisation of farm-labour. Decision making is still male centric. 🎖️ Why it matters? How do we address this dichotomy and enable women farmers? Self help groups(SHGs) have a wide spread network in rural India helping women communicate with one another. “When self-help groups come together, of course, women start talking to each other.
